When the device has been force removed from the app or the device has pairing and/or connectivity issues, you may want to reset the device's Z-Wave configuration.
Step 1: Start at the app's dashboard. Tap on the upper-left navigation menu (≡) and select Devices.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the list to find the Z-Wave Tools. Tap on this, then tap Remove Z-Wave Devices. Remain on this screen until step 4 is complete.
Step 3: Go to the wall outlet. Press the button once.
Step 4: The outlet will now reset itself. When successful, the hub will double beep, and the app will inform you the outlet was reset. You can tap Done on the app now.
