Next Gen Iris - Are there different limits for viewing and recording videos with the Basic and Premium services?

Yes, there are limits. See below for details. Please note the best place to few videos is through the Camera Card, found in the Iris by Lowe's App.

Premium Service
  • ● You can live stream video for up to 20 minutes in the Iris by Lowe's App.
  • ● You can record video on command in the App.
  • ● You can program Iris to auto-record video based on rules you create (e.g. When my family room camera detects motion, I want it to record for five minutes).
  • ● Each account gets 3 GB of on-line video storage space.
  • ● If you have more than one hub registered to your account (i.e., you have two or more places), the hubs will share the same storage space.
Basic Service
  •  ● You can stream video for up to 20 minutes in the Iris by Lowe's App. However, you cannot record footage.
